Clinical case description:

Female patient, 34 years old, tooth 11 fractured at facial bone level. Tooth was carefully extracted and a immediate dental implant was placed, the gap was filled with Geistlich Bio-Oss® and a connective tissue graft was used to improve soft tissues contours around the immediate temporary restoration. After 4 months tooth 21 was prepared for a crown and impression was taken for final restoration of the dental implant and tooth, position 11 and 21 respectively. One year post operative shows natural aesthetic aspect and health soft tissue contours around booth tooth and dental implant.
