Clinical case description:
The 49 year-old patient underwent treatments on three channels tooth 21:22 unsuccessfully. It was subsequently performed apicetomia. However, the inflammatory lesions of periapex did not regress, leading to bone resorption and suppuration in the vestibular of teeth. Treatment consisted of the removal of teeth, grafting with xenogeneic biomaterials Geistlich Bio-Oss® small-grained and free gingival graft (EGL) for the bone graft tamponade. After the initial surgery, it was expected 5 months for the bone remodeling and from this time were installed 2 4x11,5 titanium implants with conical connection. The prosthetic rehabilitation was initiated 4 months post-implantation. The final images show the 4 previous dental elements rehabilitated with follow-up of 18 months
