Maurício Adolfi

São Paulo, Brazil

Clinical case description:

Lateral incisor with coronal destruction had to be extracted and a immediate implant was made with a connective tissue graft. All the gap between the implant and the buccal bone wall was filled with Geistlich Bio-Oss® to prevent a large resorption.

After 4 months the final crown was made over a zirconia abutment and a laminate veneer in the canine was suggested to improve aesthetics.

All the surgical procedures were made by Dr. Maurício Adolfi and the prosthetic procedures by Dr. Dario Adolfi.
