Clinical case description:

A young man broke the tooth 11 in an accident with the bike. Six weeks after extraction of the remaining root an implant BL RC 12 mm was placed and an augmentation of bone was performed simultaneously. After 2,5 months the implant was opened and a provisional crown for shaping of the gingiva was placed. Final crown was screwed /35Ncm/ for next 3 months.
