Clinical case description:

First and second upper molars on the right side highly compromised due to periodontal disease were removed. The bone was reconstructed with two Geistlich Bio-Oss® Collagen blocks covered with Geistlich Bio- Gide® membrane and lack of gingival tissue was fixed with Geistlich Mucograft®. Not only bone formation but also gain in keratinized gum were observed.
