Clinical case description:

Nineteen years old male patient, caucasian and without any systemic disease. Right maxillary canine agenesis and loss of buccal bone volume was observed (Seibert´s class I alveolar ridge defect). GBR was recommended in order to achieve adequate tridimensional implant position.
