Clinical case description:
Patient 27 years old, non-smoking, attend to my office to assess the possibility of performing treatment due to the absence of the element 21. This tooth was removed a few years due to root fracture. It was found on clinical examination and CT scan marked bone loss in thickness and height. Geistlich Bio-Oss® large granules associated with a small amount of autogenous bone obtained by scraping around the operated region. We also use Geistlich Bio-Gide® membrane. Because of the length of the graft, I chose to hold the membrane with taxinhas. After nine months we made a new examination tomographic.
