New York, Stati Uniti

Clinical case description:

Patient presented with pain & draining sinus tract on maxillary right 1st premolar. Tooth was deemed hopeless. Plan was to extract, allow for soft tissue healing and then graft the through & through defect. 2nd premolar was considered to have a poor prognosis so restorative plan was to extract it after implant integration and fabricate 3 unit fixed partial denture with 1st molar and 1st premolar implants as abutments.
